About The Event
Train with our experienced Instructor team and develop your monofin skills in the pool (Dynamic) and Open water diving. The course includes 1 theory session on monofin technique/ equipment/ history, 1 pool session with excercises to develop your technique and 1 depth diving day coached by our Instructors.
